Ted, the owner of Happy Cans, was a medical sales representative for over 15 years and did a pretty dang good job of it too, to the point where he was comfortable starting a new business as an independent rep with no company paid medical insurance, benefits or support. This was a move he made in January of 2020. However, in March of 2020 the COVID-19 global pandemic caused hospitals to restrict visitors into their facilities – this even included medical sales reps, making medical sales virtually impossible. So, a new stream of income was needed in order for Ted to support his family.
